I am a BIM/VDC specialist, architect, software developer, and co-founder of Horizon Studio. My work sits at the intersection of the built environment, data, and software, with a focus on BIM strategy and implementation, immersive 3D and VR, and AI applications in construction. My recent work includes local LLM workflows, computer vision for construction drawings, and the development of a web-based BIM viewer built from the ground up.
At Georgia Tech, I conduct research in the Smart Built Environment Eco-System (Smart BEES) Lab, focusing on BIM data management for distributed and modular construction, while concurrently completing an M.Sc. in Computer Science. I have also taught BIM, 3D visualization, and parametric design at the university level and have contributed to the organization of five International BIM Conferences.
My experience covers the full development lifecycle, from concept development and requirements definition to implementation and deployment. I have developed Revit add-ins using C# and .NET, web-based BIM applications with React and Three.js capable of streaming large models, computer vision models for construction drawings, and parametric and generative design workflows in Grasshopper.
Beyond technical development, I have led small multidisciplinary teams as a Scrum Master, managed projects using PMBOK and Agile methods, and coordinated work across architects, engineers, software developers, and researchers.
With more than a decade of production experience in 3D visualization and real-time graphics, including 3ds Max, Unreal Engine, Blender, and Substance, I bring both technical depth and strong visual communication to my work. This allows me to develop solutions that are not only technically robust, but also professionally presented, whether for client presentations, interactive VR experiences, research prototypes, or production-ready digital assets.
